By using P-Supp (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

About the Service

P-Supp is a diagnostic assistant for pressure-washer technicians, operated by Standard Power Washing LLC. It uses Anthropic's Claude AI plus a curated knowledge base of manufacturer documentation and field-tested corrections.

Pippy is an aid, not a replacement for trained judgment. Recommendations may be incomplete or wrong. Always confirm with the OEM service manual, verify electrical readings yourself, and follow safe work practices. You are responsible for your own safety and for the equipment you service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for keeping your password and access tokens confidential.
One account per person. Sharing accounts violates these Terms.
You must be at least 16 to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to harm equipment, people, or property.
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its API.
Use the Service to generate content that violates law (illegal modifications, bypassing safety devices, etc.).
Submit content that is hateful, threatening, sexual, or otherwise off-topic.

Plans, limits, and billing

The free tier is rate-limited to a small number of queries per day. Limits may change.
Pippy Pro ($9.99/month at launch) provides unlimited queries and additional features. Billing is monthly, prepaid, cancel anytime. Refunds are at our discretion.
Prices may change with notice.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of questions, photos, and feedback you submit. By submitting them, you grant Standard Power Washing LLC a non-exclusive license to store and use them to operate and improve the Service. We may use anonymized excerpts to improve Pippy's responses for everyone.

Intellectual property

P-Supp, Pippy, and related branding are trademarks of Standard Power Washing LLC. The application code, design, and curated knowledge base are owned by Standard Power Washing LLC. Manufacturer documents in the knowledge base are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference under fair-use principles.

Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties about availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of diagnostic recommendations, or compatibility with any specific equipment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standard Power Washing LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months (zero, for free-tier users).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@psupp.ai.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
