What equipment does P-Supp cover?
Hot and cold pressure washers, gas and electric. Engines (Honda, Kohler, Briggs). Pumps (General, Cat, AR, Comet, Hypro, Hotsy, Udor). Burners, unloaders, injectors, chemical systems. If it's in a service shop, Pippie covers it.
How accurate is Pippie?
Every answer cites the actual manufacturer manual page it came from. You can click the citation to see the source. When Pippie doesn't know the answer, it says so and falls back to a live web search instead of making something up.
What if Pippie doesn't have the answer?
Two fallbacks: (1) live web search across pressure-washer forums and manufacturer sites, (2) submit the question as a "tip" — the admin reviews it, adds the correct answer, and the next tech asking the same thing gets the verified answer instantly.
Can my techs use it in the field, offline?
Yes. Install P-Supp as a PWA (like an app) from your phone browser — it works with cell signal, your saved diagnostics are cached. Designed for greasy hands: large tap targets, 16px minimum font, no password re-entry mid-job.
Is my diagnostic data private?
Your chats stay in your account. Admins in your company can see the team's history; nobody outside your company can. We don't sell data, we don't train on your diagnostics, we don't share with manufacturers.
