Answers draw on a knowledge base of manufacturer manuals, including General Pump, AR, Comet and BE Power, with live web search as a fallback. Available in English and Spanish.

What equipment does P-Supp cover?
Hot and cold pressure washers, gas and electric. Engines (Honda, Kohler, Briggs). Pumps (General, Cat, AR, Comet, Hypro, Hotsy, Udor). Burners, unloaders, injectors, chemical systems. If it's in a service shop, Pippie covers it.
How accurate is Pippie?
Pippie checks a knowledge base of manufacturer manuals and parts breakdowns before it answers, and corrections our team makes to past answers are built into future ones. When the manuals don't cover your question, it runs a live web search. It's an AI assistant, so confirm part numbers and specs against the manual or data plate before you order.
What if Pippie doesn't have the answer?
Two fallbacks: (1) live web search across pressure-washer forums and manufacturer sites, (2) submit the question as a "tip" — the admin reviews it, adds the correct answer, and the next tech asking the same thing gets the verified answer instantly.
Can my techs use it in the field, offline?
In the field, yes. Offline, no — Pippie needs an internet connection, so your techs need cell signal or Wi-Fi. Add P-Supp to your phone's home screen and it opens like an app. Built for greasy hands, with large tap targets.
Is my diagnostic data private?
Your chats are saved to your account, and admins in your company can see the team's history. To answer, Pippie sends your messages to Anthropic's Claude AI, and the P-Supp team reviews answers to correct mistakes and improve Pippie.
